I will have to say the current group here now but far is the best I have ever seen or imagined. They respond quickly to any inquiries or maintenance. Always courteous. The property has been getting many upgrades over the past couple of years which really help improve an older complex. Thank you to Melissa, Linda, Adam and all the personnel at The Commons for making my home a great experience.

|Recommended: YesSpacious but Loud — It's a pretty nice place to live and the people are all around friendly but the walls and floors are thing and I can hear my neighbors underneath me and across the building and birds like to get in our vents but overall its really nice.
|Recommended: YesGood living for the not particular choice. — Older apartments and fixtures. Although working, replacement is on the horizon and some is being done as leases expire and tenants move. Overall a good place to live and if apartment living is your thing, can be had at a discount beyond the competition.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice and Affordable Living — Living here for 2 years was mostly a great experience, neighbors can be noisy at times but that comes with apartment life. Maintenance and property staff were both fantastic, overall would definitely recommend
|Recommended: YesI really like it here. — I enjoy the eas of getting in and out of my apartment. The rooms are nice and big. I can hear the people upstairs too well. But most everyone is friendly. Utilities have been cheep. Can't wait to use the pool.
|Recommended: YesGood enough — I just want to write this to say 25 off of rent means nothing when 2 of the 3 people living in an apartment became unemployed because of the pandemic.
|Recommended: YesIts nice — its nice, but walls can be very thin at times
|Recommended: YesI love it — Very friendly neighbors, personable staff and workers Everyone makes you feel like family
|Recommended: YesI love living here — I love it here. Plus when its summer time the pool is open. the stores are a good distance, etc.
|Recommended: YesIts very nice. — I love living here
|Recommended: YesI love living here — Great office people and great maintenance people very clean and well maintained beautiful brick wall in each apartment that adds a charm other apartments don't offer This is my third year here and I don't plan on moving any time
|Recommended: YesOlder Community Being Updated — Melissa and the current team staff are wonderful. They are responsive to your needs- and are working hard to make improvements and change things around. Property is in a state of upgrade- but it still needs work. They just finished upgrading the entrances to each building and the parking lot was fixed recently as well. Parking is at a premium, and depending on your apartment location you may have to lug your groceries and such a good distance. The outside pool lights security lights don't work in most of the area and the sidewalks are horrible in some spots so be extremely careful at night so you don't trip and fall. Many residents with dogs- don't clean up after pets so also be aware of where you step. The management is trying hard to keep this from happening- but it's still an issue. I can't say about other apartments in the complex- but mine is nice. It has older appliances and cabinets and lighting, but they work and have been well taken care of. The mechanical are all newer and work well. The kitchen is tiny with almost no cabinet counter or cabinet space. And you only have 4 overhead lights, one in the kitchen, one in the dinning area and one in the hall and one in bathroom. The floor layout is not bad for a 2 bedroom, not a lot of wasted space and both closets are large. The windows and the patio areas are my favorite. Lots of sunshine in the bedrooms. There isn't much in way of extra community amenities- outside of the pool in the summer. There is a resource room that you can rent out for events. But there is no place for kids to play other than the parking lots and small bits of green space between buildings. Each building does have pay to use communal washer dryers. They are a bit cheaper than going to a laundry mat- but there can be issues of availability if everyone wants to use them at once. Overall the community on my side near the pool is mostly friendly people and you don't have to worry to much about safety or crime. It's very close to shopping and various community resources. It's right on a bus line if needed, and I think it's very reasonably priced for what they offer. This is an older community style apartment system- but it's being updated
|Recommended: YesPerfect first apartment — This apartment when I first moved in had plenty of space. Was very clean and the brick walls are a very nice touch. Melissa in the office is very helpful and nice. My neighbors are super sweet and friendly. And all this with a great location makes it an ideal spot to live
|Recommended: YesThe property overall is well kept and safe. — I like living here, it's safe kids across the street play outside , its clean, and overall I am comfortable. Rent here is expensive, being that I am a college student. The set up of the apartment is nice and rooms are large.
